Graham Morris is a solo artist based in Bournemouth, Dorset and is working predominately in the genre of covers from the fifties sixties, seventies, onwards.
Graham’s musical career includes being a founder member of the close harmony group Witticome Fair who in the early 70’s won ‘Opportunity Knocks’ which resulted in a recording / performing contract with top artists, including the 60’s band the Tremeloes. Many songs, some self penned, were recorded at the famous De Lane Lea Studios in London. One of the recorded tracks is on YouTube, it’s called ‘No No No’ by the Tremeloes, with Graham singing the vocals, it was originally going to put out as an ‘A’ side on a single. However, he is also a singer songwriter and has recently released his first single, ‘Better Days’. This was going to be the ‘B’ side of ‘No No No’.The song is very much rock and roll based and also lends itself to swing. So for those of you who enjoy retro music you are going to really love this and there is no doubt that you are going to want to get up and dance.
Written and performed very much in the late fifties early sixties style, this song captures the essence of that period. A definite hit with any rock and rollers out there or lovers of that genre of music.
Using high quality backing tracks and professional sound equipment, playing classic hits and golden oldies from the 50’s, 60’s to the modern day, his extensive repertoire ranges from dance floor fillers, to those unforgettable classics from a golden age gone by.
